Booking and cancellation

  • Tickets are non-refundable.

  • Note: Illness, travel problems or other personal circumstances do not entitle you to a refund.

  • For drop-in or private bookings, cancellation at least 24 hours in advance gives you the opportunity to choose between:

    • 50% refund, or

    • 100 % gift card for later use.

  • Rebooking or changes must also be made no later than 24 hours before the scheduled time.

 

How to cancel or rebook

  • Use the cancellation link in the confirmation email, or call reception on 📞 +47 989 02 188.

  • Important: It is not sufficient to only send an e-mail to cancel. If we have not confirmed the cancellation before your booking, this will be considered «no-show», and neither refunds nor gift cards will be given.

  • In case of cancellation more than 24 hours in advance, you will be offered the choice between a 50% refund or a 100% gift card.

  • For rebooking: Cancel by choosing a 100% gift card and use this to book a new time.

Important: It is the guest's responsibility to ensure that they receive confirmation e-mails. PUST is not responsible if a guest misses a booking because e-mail or spam has not been checked.
