What you must bring

Swimwear must be worn at all times; it is not allowed to be naked in the sauna.

Two towels: one to sit on inside the sauna and one to dry yourself with afterwards.

A water bottle to keep you hydrated.
By following these guidelines, you help keep the sauna clean and comfortable for all guests.

Helse & badstusikkerhet
Badstu og bading innebærer eksponering for varme og kulde, og passer ikke nødvendigvis for alle. Ved å benytte våre fasiliteter erkjenner gjestene at de selv har ansvar for egen helse og sitt velvære, og oppfordres til å vurdere om badstubruk er hensiktsmessig for dem.
Dersom du er gravid, har hjerte- eller karsykdommer, høyt eller lavt blodtrykk, epilepsi, luftveislidelser, nedsatt bevegelighet eller andre helsemessige bekymringer, anbefaler vi at du rådfører deg med helsepersonell før du bruker badstuen.
Lytt til kroppen din, hold deg godt hydrert, ta pauser ved behov, og forlat badstuen umiddelbart dersom du føler deg uvel.
Barn under 14 år må til enhver tid være i følge med og under tilsyn av en voksen. Foreldre og foresatte er ansvarlige for å vurdere om badstubruk er egnet for barna i deres varetekt, og bør sørge for at bruken overvåkes nøye og tilpasses barnets velvære.
Alle gjester benytter våre fasiliteter etter eget skjønn og på eget ansvar.
Information about alcohol, smoking and drugs

Smoking, alcohol, intoxication and the use of illegal drugs are strictly prohibited in all sauna facilities.

Guests affected or violating these rules may be asked to leave the area.
Facilities

Toilets: Not available in the sauna; public toilets are available nearby.

Showers: Only cold water; soap and shampoo are not permitted as the waste water goes directly into the sea.

Wardrobes: Separate areas for women and men.
Booking and cancellation

Tickets are non-refundable.

Note: Illness, travel problems or other personal circumstances do not entitle you to a refund.

For drop-in or private bookings, cancellation at least 24 hours in advance gives you the opportunity to choose between:

50% refund, or
-
100 % gift card for later use.

Rebooking or changes must also be made no later than 24 hours before the scheduled time.
How to cancel or rebook

Use the cancellation link in the confirmation email, or call reception on 📞 +47 989 02 188.

Important: It is not sufficient to only send an e-mail to cancel. If we have not confirmed the cancellation before your booking, this will be considered «no-show», and neither refunds nor gift cards will be given.

In case of cancellation more than 24 hours in advance, you will be offered the choice between a 50% refund or a 100% gift card.

For rebooking: Cancel by choosing a 100% gift card and use this to book a new time.
Important: It is the guest's responsibility to ensure that they receive confirmation e-mails. PUST is not responsible if a guest misses a booking because e-mail or spam has not been checked.
Forgotten assets

All forgotten belongings (except wet towels and swimwear) are stored for two weeks before being thrown away.

Note: Only Tromsø is staffed; in the other places, guests must check the forgotten-and-found boxes themselves.
Sauna rules

Leave the sauna well before the next group arrives.

Access is only permitted with a valid ticket.
-
Never bathe in the sea alone; rinse yourself with fresh water after bathing.

Always sit on a towel on the benches in the sauna.
-
Only fresh water can be poured onto the oven; ask others before pouring on water or oils.
-
No use of soap in the showers.

Alcohol is not allowed in the sauna.
-
If you feel unwell, please leave the sauna immediately.
Lost & Found
Guests are themselves responsible for their personal belongings during their stay. PUST is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged items, including wallets, phones or other personal belongings.
