Rebooking / Changes

 Changes must be made no later than 24 hours before your booking.

To make your sauna visit comfortable and enjoyable, we ask that you bring your swimwear and two towels. One towel is for sitting on inside the sauna, and the other for drying off afterwards. Swimwear should be worn at all times – being naked in the sauna is not permitted. By following these simple guidelines, you help keep the sauna clean and comfortable for everyone.

Have you forgotten something in the sauna? We store all forgotten belongings (with the exception of wet towels and swimwear) in our forgotten-and-found i two weeks before they are thrown.

• Oslo: Under the stairs

• Tromsø: Ask at reception

• Sortland: At the entrance to the sauna

• Bodø: On the right side of the PUST sign

Please note: Only the sauna in Tromsø is staffed. In the other places, you have to check the forgotten and found boxes yourself.

For the safety and well-being of all, smoking, alcohol, intoxication, and the use of illegal drugs are not permitted in our sauna facilities. Guests who arrive under the influence or who violate these rules may be asked to leave the area. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation so that everyone can have a safe and relaxing experience.

The large sauna cannot be booked privately due to overlapping use by members (via the Bruce app) and shared changing rooms.
To book the large sauna, the small sauna must also be booked:

• 1 hour: 4,500 NOK (incl. VAT)
• 2 hours: 6,000 NOK (incl. VAT)

Private booking must be requested via hello@pust.io. The invoice is sent by agreement.

• Toilets: No toilets in the saunas, but public toilets are available nearby.
• Showers: Cold water showers only. Shampoo and soap are prohibited as the water is discharged directly into the sea.
• Changing rooms: Separate changing areas for men and women.

The sauna will be locked when you arrive, but you will receive a PIN code by email on the same day that your booking starts. You can find this at the bottom of the booking confirmation you received by email, under “My site / View booking”
Enter the PIN code on the lock outside the sauna and the door will open!

Water, coffee and tea can be bought at reception.
