Water can be poured onto the stones every 10 minutes or so to add humidity and warmth to the room. Fresh water only!

There are men's and women's wardrobes. We have two cold and refreshing showers inside and two outside. It is not permitted to use soap or shampoo in the shower.
Note: The Kadettangen does not currently have winter water, so the showers are temporarily out of service. But there is water on site that can be used on the stoves.

Membership
Monthly pass holders pay a fixed sum per month, and get access to the sauna free of charge during drop-in periods. You must always book an appointment in advance. For the sake of the community, you can only have two active bookings at a time. The monthly card is personal and must only be used by one person. Trampling results in suspension of the monthly card. Aufguss is a sauna ritual that lasts approx. 15 minutes, per round. It is a multisensory experience inside the sauna. The Aufguss master works with water to circulate heat through the sauna with a towel. The core elements of an Aufguss are heat, essential oils and music.

It is allowed in moderate amounts inside the sauna itself when you have a private booking , not drop-in. It is not permitted to enjoy alcohol in the area outside the sauna. Visibly intoxicated persons may be expelled. NB: All bathing and use of the sauna is at your own risk. We do not recommend alcohol combined with either a sauna or swimming.

For "Dropin" and "Private booking" you can get 50% of the ticket price refunded, or get a gift card for 100% of the sum if cancellation occurs within 24 hours before the booking. Rebooking is also possible up to 24 hours before booking.
