Water can be poured onto the stones every 10 minutes or so to add humidity and heat to the room. Fresh water only!

There are men's and women's locker rooms. We have two cold and refreshing showers inside and two outdoors. It is not allowed to use soap or shampoo in the shower.
Note: Kadettangen does not have winter water at the moment, therefore the showers are temporarily out of service. However, there is water on site that can be used on the stoves.

Membership
Annual pass holders pay a fixed annual fee and receive reduced prices on drop-in and private booking. The card is personal and can only be used by one person. Violations will result in suspension of the annual pass. Read more here.

Monthly pass holders pay a fixed amount per month and get access to the sauna free of charge during drop-in periods. You must always book a time in advance. For the sake of the community, you can only have two active bookings at a time. The monthly pass is personal and may only be used by one person. Aufguss is a bathing ritual that lasts about 15 minutes per round. It is a multi-sensory experience inside the sauna. The Aufguss master works with water to circulate heat through the sauna with a towel. The core elements of an Aufguss are heat, essential oils and music.
