Our vision.
Pust aims to make it easy for people to take care of their health –
through saunas that bring people together in nature, for warmth, community and tranquility.
Our strategy.
— Choose unique and accessible locations that provide proximity to water and nature
— Build high-quality saunas – with the right heat, good ventilation and thoughtful design
— Have dedicated and present hosts who create security, community and a good atmosphere
Our values.
— Availability
Saunas for everyone – easy to use, great to be in.
— Quality
Proper heat, good wind protection, solid construction – always.
— Community
A place to be together, without having to say much.
— Nature first
We build with nature, not against it.
— Presence
Log out. Pust. Recognize.
Pust Tromsø – the start of the adventure.
Baptism in the sea, fire in the oven and a view of Tromsdalstinden.
This is where it all started – and it can still be felt in the walls.
Pust Bodø – the sauna in the Inner Harbor.
Built of North Norwegian pine, planed in Skibotn, assembled in Tromsø.
The sauna lights up the harbor. Inside it's warm and quiet. Outside it's windy.
A place to sweat, cool down and connect – no matter who you are.
Pust Sortland – between piers and mountains.
Together with the Ellingsen family, we have built a sauna at the old trading piers.
With fjords and mountains close by, this is a place for peace, views – and what lasts.
Pust Kadettangen – a modern bathhouse
Inspired by the fjord's old bathhouse, built for the present.
The architecture is simple. Nature is close by.
A place for warmth, tranquility and meetings between people.
Pust Lavvo – warmth meets north.
The Lavvo in Tromsø combines Sami, Kven and Northern Norwegian traditions with modern sauna culture.
Built with respect for the landscape and history. On the roof, people gather around the fire.
For conversations, views and what matters.
Our history.
pust didn't start with a business idea – it began with a need to brighten up the darkened Inner Harbor in Tromsø. A desire to return to something simpler and more authentic.
While we were waiting for the sauna to open, we helped create Pustuka – a festival of sauna, art, rituals and conversations. It was not a party, but a community. There we laid the foundation for many of the values we continue to build on today: calm, presence, and being together – without demands.
The Pusthuset – a dream and a lesson.
Later we tried to bring everything under one roof: sauna, bar, café, culture, coworking and silence. It became Pusthuset – a brave and ambitious project that gave us important experiences.
We went in with all our might, creating a place with a lot of life. But it also became more complex than we could handle. We learned how important it is to keep things simple, doable, and close to the core of what we do best.
