Health & sauna safety

Sauna and bathing involve exposure to heat and cold, and are not necessarily suitable for everyone. By using our facilities, guests recognize that they themselves are responsible for their own health and well-being, and are encouraged to assess whether sauna use is appropriate for them.

If you are pregnant, have cardiovascular disease, high or low blood pressure, epilepsy, respiratory disorders, impaired mobility or other health concerns, we recommend that you consult your healthcare professional before using the sauna.

Listen to your body, stay well hydrated, take breaks if necessary, and leave the sauna immediately if you feel unwell.

Children under the age of 14 must be accompanied and supervised by an adult at all times. Parents and guardians are responsible for assessing whether sauna use is suitable for the children in their custody, and should ensure that its use is closely monitored and adapted to the well-being of the child.

All guests use our facilities at their own discretion and at their own risk.
