Original (quiet) Sauna

Pust Tromsø is located in the middle of the inner harbor at the Gate to the Arctic Ocean, with access to the Arctic Ocean.

Inspired by the Arctic Cathedral and with a view to Tromsdalstinden, this quiet sauna can accommodate 15 people per hour. We encourage silence to preserve the calm atmosphere and enjoy the wonderful view.

At our location in Tromsø, we have three unique saunas, each with its own atmosphere and experience. Everyone has access to the sea for a refreshing dip.

Our saunas are heated with electrics and all you need to bring is swimwear and two towels.

The water temperature varies throughout the year, but north of the Arctic Circle the sea is always fresh and cold. Experience the delightful contrast between the warmth of the sauna and the refreshing Arctic Ocean, or just sit back and enjoy the beautiful surroundings.
