About the Ritual
The ultimate Arctic sauna experience – a two-hour journey inspired by the nature, traditions and wild landscape of Northern Norway.
The experience begins with 1.5 hours of guided sauna rituals and cold plunges in the Arctic sea, moving between heat and cold throughout the journey. Seasonal and locally sourced herbs, plants and natural ingredients are incorporated alongside herbal whisks, natural body treatments, aromatic smoke and carefully selected essential oil blends.
Each element is thoughtfully curated to create a deeper sensory experience through heat, scent, touch and cold, balanced with moments of stillness, deep breathing and refreshing plunges into the Arctic sea.
The ritual concludes on the Lavvo rooftop, where you can slow down with a warm cup of herbal tea while taking in the views over Tromsø and the surrounding Arctic landscape.

About Your Host
Camilla Aurora is a local herbalist and spa enthusiast, born and raised in Tromsø. She has been exploring the wild herbs, plants and natural traditions of the region since 2011 and is certified in meditation, fascia and sound healing therapy.
Her approach brings together natural wellbeing, self-care and a deep connection to the North, creating experiences rooted in the local landscape and the changing seasons.
