Krisztina has been practicing yoga and meditation for two decades. Her classes are inspired by various yoga styles, dance, meditation, and martial arts, from yin yoga to strong flow. In her classes, she invites you to pay attention to the flow of your breath, meditation, deep stretching, dynamic movement, and self-care. She likes to empower yogis with tools that help them practice yoga off the mat.
