Who is this workshop for?
This workshop is suitable for everyone, whether you are looking to relieve illness symptoms, optimize your health, perform athletically better or just curious for how this experience can change your life, this Wellness Workshop has something for everyone (16+ years). The program is designed so that you can experience and learn about breathwork, mindset and an optional ice bath.
If you have no prior experience with cold exposure, dont worry. We recommend you finish your showers cold in the days leading up to the workshop.
