WHM Fundamentals Workshop w/ Adrian Hill

This workshop will be held at Pust. Kafe, on Sunday, December 17, starting at 11:00am.

The purpose of this workshop is to explain and experience the Wim Hof Method, using information based on the results from multiple scientific studies, as well as practical explanations and guidance.

The intimate group size and long course duration allows you plenty of opportunity for asking questions, sharing your experiences, discussing topics, learning, and facing your fears in a safe and secure environment.

The program involves some physiology presentations (benefits of the method), a soothing Yoga class by Linn (certified yoga instructor), a guided breathing and meditation session, lunch prepared by the Pust Kafe chef, some mind set exercises, and the opportunity to challenge yourself with a guided cold plunge. The course will be delivered in English, however, Linn will translate into Norwegian, should you require further explanations.

No prior experience or practice is necessary. Come as you are.


Please bring a towel, swimwear, yoga clothes and a yoga mat if you have (there will be some yoga mats available in our studio too. Pictures and videos will be taken throughout the workshop, these images may be used for marketing and promotional purposes. If you do not want your image to be used, please let me know.Any questions, don’t hesitate to ask. Look forward to seeing you there on December 17!

About Me:Life Coach / Certified Wim Hof Method instructor from Australia. I live permanently in Tromso, Norway, with my girlfriend and an Alaskan husky.
Inspired by personal tragedy, I embarked on a five year journey, no phone, hitch hiking and volunteering around the world. The lessons I learnt, I have combined with life coaching diplomas in behaviour and nutrition, designed to help others make healthier life choices for self improvement.
I believe that we are all much stronger and capable than we might be thinking. Using the method has taught me to become comfortable with discomfort, embrace life’s challenges, listen to my body and not push too hard, respect my limitations and the cold water, develop greater awareness of myself and the natural world, and connect with other, like minded people, through the wim hof community. Training with the breath can be a pathway to an amazing life.

WHM Fundamentals Workshop Schedule

11:00 – Introduction (personal story, wim’s story, history of the WHM, participant introduce themselves)

11:20 – Yoga (slow hatha/yin style yoga)

12:20 – Breathing presentation (benefits of WHM, technique explained, why practice the method, questions)

12:40 – Breathing exercise (WHM breathwork, *music/sound required, meditation)

13:20 – Sharing (discuss sensations/emotions/observations, questions)

13:30 – Lunch (our popular avocado toast, smoothie, blissball + tea/black coffee) included in the price. 

14:30 – Mindset presentation (mindset training techniques, philosophy/spiritual side of WHM)

14:45 – Cold presentation (health benefits of cold exposure, scientific research findings, questions)

15:00 – Ice bath – Change clothes, horse stance (warm up/focus exercise)

15:45 – Questions / closing
