This workshop will be held at Pust. Kafe, on Sunday, December 17, starting at 11:00am.
The purpose of this workshop is to explain and experience the Wim Hof Method, using information based on the results from multiple scientific studies, as well as practical explanations and guidance.
The intimate group size and long course duration allows you plenty of opportunity for asking questions, sharing your experiences, discussing topics, learning, and facing your fears in a safe and secure environment.
The program involves some physiology presentations (benefits of the method), a soothing Yoga class by Linn (certified yoga instructor), a guided breathing and meditation session, lunch prepared by the Pust Kafe chef, some mind set exercises, and the opportunity to challenge yourself with a guided cold plunge. The course will be delivered in English, however, Linn will translate into Norwegian, should you require further explanations.
No prior experience or practice is necessary. Come as you are.
Please bring a towel, swimwear, yoga clothes and a yoga mat if you have (there will be some yoga mats available in our studio too.
Pictures and videos will be taken throughout the workshop, these images may be used for marketing and promotional purposes. If you do not want your image to be used, please let me know. Any questions, don’t hesitate to ask. Look forward to seeing you there on December 17!—
