Welcome to tibetan rites at pust studio followed by cold exposure therapy by pust.Tromsø lead by Andreas Arild.
The program starts every Monday at 8 am and consists of some ancient Tibetan rituals which are a set of five exercises that we repeat to activate tendons, muscles and supporting tissues in a compact workout and get in contact with our breath.
Followed by a session of breathwork / meditation of 15-20 minutes in the studio. We finish with cold exposure therapy at the sauna plattform. There will be a simple guiding in how we can learn to know ourselves in the cold. For a complete experience there will be served cacao in the kafé.
