Through the breathwork and the different postures we will explore in these classes you will assist yourself to recover from the inevitable stress that a marathon has on you. We will do some deep diaphragmatic breathing, learn how to stimulate the vagus nerve and activating the parasympathetic nervous system for healing benefits.
You will also get to experience how a soundbath can help you relax even deeper.
