Slow hatha flow
In this 75 minutes hatha slow flow we will move away from the daily stressors and concentrate on relaxation of the mind and body. We will hold each pose for a few minutes longer and this will help build strength, focus and patience not just in our yoga practice but it can also bring us great benefits in our every day life. We will explore deeper within ourselves and focus on the connection between the mind and the body with the breath as a tool. We will finish off the class with a meditation where we’ll go on a journey within.
About the teacher:
Linn Södervall is from Sweden and has been practicing yoga and meditation for ten years and certified as a hatha and vinyasa yoga teacher in 2018, with the Yoga Alliance certified Shiva Rishi Yoga School in Varkala, India. She has a passion for health and wellbeing and has an educational background in health promotion and psychology. She has been teaching yoga the recent years in Sweden and Norway and by witnessing how yoga can make a difference in peoples lives, it inspires her to share it with others.
