Welcome to Sauna Session: mindfulness w/marianne
Marianne is a trained yoga instructor, and will guide you through this sauna session of mindfulness and breathwork incorporated with some soft yoga exercises, light aufguss with essential oils, music and guided meditation. There will also be time to swim in the ocean or a cool down in the shower for those who wish to.
This class is the perfect break from everyday life with plenty of of time to just be present and enjoy the sauna both during and after the ritual. This class equally suitable for beginners as well as for our regular sauna members.
