Finding a balance between activation and softening is one of the key aspects of Hatha yoga, which combines Yin and Yang, the masculine and the feminine in one practice. Every Tuesday Marina will guide you through a relaxing yoga session, to help you calm down the mind and release tension from the body. A perfect way to slow down, connect and breathe deeper.
You don’t need any previous experience with yoga to attend this class. Bring your own mat (if you have one) and a sweater or blanket for extra comfort. Duration: 60 minutes About the teacher: Marina Borovaya is a certified Hatha yoga teacher, who has been practicing yoga for over a decade. In 2020 she completed 450 hours of yoga teacher training and graduated from the Yoga Academy in Moscow. Since then she has been teaching regularly in Tromsø.
